📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI and PS modules • Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into technical specifications and system configurations • Configure and maintain FI-PS integration points with CO and MM • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including project settlement, WBS capitalization, and financial reporting • Develop and execute unit, integration, UAT, and post-go-live validation testing • Provide end-user training and create training materials, documentation, and user guides • Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with ABAP developers on RICEF objects • Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload for SAP FI-PS migration • Monitor SAP updates and recommend enhancements and optimization opportunities • Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and stakeholder status reporting • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, SOX regulations, and corporate financial policies

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required to start • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/PS Functional Consultant • At least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations • Strong expertise in SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, and AA • Deep knowledge of SAP PS, including project structures, WBS elements, networks, activities, capacity planning, and project settlement • Experience with SAP integration points between FI-PS-CO, including internal orders, cost centers, and profitability analysis • Understanding of financial accounting principles, project accounting methodologies, GAAP/IFRS standards, and SOX compliance • SAP configuration tools, transactions, and utilities including FS00, CJ20N, KO01, FB50, and F-02 • Strong documentation skills for functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials • SAP FI and/or PS certification desired • Experience with S/4HANA Finance and Project Systems, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration desired • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP BW/BI reporting desired
