📋 Description

• Lead discretionary reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a Mission Systems BD portfolio with more than $6 million annual discretionary operating plan • Lead organization and compilation of the portfolio’s Annual Operating Plan with BD leads • Communicate analysis and materials to Mission BD and business unit leadership • Lead portfolio coordination for consultant establishment and renewals • Cadence, order hardware, and execute bailment/hardware new builds • Coordinate with Collins shipping departments to ship BD bailment hardware to events and customers • Develop solutions to complex problems supporting strategic planning and decision-making • Interface with individual contributors, subject matter experts, managers, and senior leaders • Deliver accurate project deliverables on time, in scope, and within budget • Present monthly reports to BD leadership and develop recommendations supporting discretionary budget decisions • Support financial audit and compliance with DCMA

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • Experience using SAP is required • Proven track record of strong project management skills and customer focus • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
