📋 Description

• Lead discretionary reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a Mission Systems BD portfolio with more than $6 million annual discretionary operating plan • Lead compilation and coordination of the portfolio’s Annual Operating Plan with BD leads • Communicate analysis and materials within the Mission BD organization to business unit leadership • Lead portfolio coordination for consultant establishment and renewals • Manage cadence, hardware ordering, and bailment/hardware new builds • Coordinate with Collins shipping departments to ship BD bailment hardware to events and customers • Develop solutions to complex problems supporting strategic planning and decision-making • Interface professionally with individual contributors, subject matter experts, front-line management, and senior leaders • Work under minimal supervision, determine assignment objectives, plan schedules, and arrange activities • Support the portfolio and deliver accurate project deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget • Present monthly reports to BD leadership and develop recommendations supporting financial decisions, audit, and DCMA compliance

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree • Experience using SAP is required • Proven track record of strong project management skills and customer focus • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Must not require company immigration sponsorship • Security clearance is not required
