📋 Description

• Define and execute the Business Development data, analytics, and AI strategy • Lead cross-functional digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives • Define strategic roadmaps for enterprise data, analytics, knowledge management, and AI capabilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of data, analytics, automation, and business professionals • Establish priorities, performance expectations, and career development plans • Participate in enterprise data governance, quality, lifecycle, and metadata management on behalf of Business Development • Build trusted, reusable data products and knowledge assets supporting analytics, automation, and AI • Develop AI-ready data architecture, governance, and enterprise use cases • Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize and operationalize advanced solutions • Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics for executive decision-making • Expand self-service analytics and improve data accessibility • Champion automation and process modernization • Advise executive leadership on enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives • Build partnerships across Business Development, Digital Transformation, IT, Finance, and Corporate Functions

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree, or equivalent relevant experience • 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or enterprise technology • 2+ years leading high-performing technical and analytical teams • Demonstrated success developing enterprise data strategies and executing large-scale transformational initiatives • Experience implementing data governance, data quality, metadata management, and lifecycle management practices • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams • Ability to partner with Business Development, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Finance, and senior leadership • Up to 10% local travel
