📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and enhance EHR systems supporting clinical documentation, data management, reporting, and workflow automation • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve EHR system issues with vendors and internal teams • Gather requirements and optimize workflows with operational and cross-functional stakeholders • Support system integrations • Design and maintain electronic forms, documentation tools, and reporting capabilities • Support EHR user adoption through training, collaboration, system governance, and improvement initiatives • Configure and maintain EHR security structures, user roles, permissions, and access controls • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities • Manage vendor relationships and issue resolution related to EHR functionality and performance • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, organizational policies, and data security standards • Promote best practices, data integrity, and operational excellence • Participate in audits, quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• AA degree in HMIS, Computer Science, or Healthcare-related field • A minimum of one (1) year of EHR system and managing data experience • In lieu of degree, the equivalent of two (2) years of combined related work and education will be considered • Valid driver’s license required • Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements • Experience in Netsmart products including myEvolv, OrderConnect, or myHealthPointe preferred
