📋 Description

• Consult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions • Engage clients to understand technology needs and improve technology efficiency • Design secure, scalable, outcome-focused solutions across managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, data protection, compliance, and digital transformation • Assess existing IT environments and present recommendations to current and prospective clients • Develop detailed Statements of Work for clients and internal guidance • Create budgets aligned with client budgets, IT requirements, and business goals • Analyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned clients • Participate with the sales team in early-stage prospect interactions • Partner with Client Executives, Account Managers, Sales Operations, field staff, delivery teams, and client stakeholders • Manage multiple concurrent client proposals in a fast-paced managed IT services environment • Support clients during after-hours as needed • Travel up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in PST; strong preference for California, Washington state, or Seattle • Presales skills with MS Office 365, including Entra ID, Intune, and MFA • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Cowork • Experience with Microsoft-based servers and workstations • Knowledge of private and public cloud services, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Nutanix • Knowledge of AI technologies and adoption • Knowledge of cybersecurity services, including EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC, and SOAR • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions • Knowledge of network firewalls and managed switches • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, including SOC2 and CMMC • Existing Microsoft or AWS certifications are a plus • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm local hours, with after-hours support as needed • Willingness to travel up to 20% • Eligible to work in the United States; NexusTek participates in E-Verify for all US Employees
