📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, particularly for healthcare data analytics • Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies informing solution design and performance improvements • Lead and support implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration • Partner with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and customize solutions aligned with their goals and operational workflows • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to end users • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting • Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback • Coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement • Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities • Enhance client satisfaction and maximize value delivery • Ensure daily tasks align with Vatica priorities and drive impactful results • Adjust plans as needed to ensure effectiveness • Research root causes of problems and collaborate across multiple sources to solve them • Anticipate future trends and implications of decision-making to create strategies that drive results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions • Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and projects • Ability to handle conflict situations effectively and professionally • Ability to work through ambiguity, change, and complexity • Ability to research root causes and collaborate with multiple sources to solve problems • Ability to adapt approach in real time and demonstrate versatility • Ability to anticipate future trends, implications, roadblocks, and possibilities
