📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain reports utilizing ActiveReports and ActiveReports.NET based on documented business requirements • Develop report functionality including grouping, sorting, filtering, parameters, calculated fields, conditional formatting, charts, subreports, and export capabilities • Provide workflow and solution design expertise during client engagements to achieve defined benefits • Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance • Act as a primary consultant for solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer • Cultivate and sustain client relationships and provide escalation, solution knowledge, and engagement support • Resolve escalated problems and issues during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing • Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets engagement goals • Coach, mentor, and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices • Support clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory business objectives through workflow consultation, solution design, system optimization, and reporting expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • At least 4 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience • At least 3 years of experience developing enterprise reports utilizing ActiveReports and/or ActiveReports.NET • At least 3 years of experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries including joins, subqueries, aggregate functions, and data validation techniques • At least 1 year of project management experience • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams • Ability to document and present architecture concepts, often narrowing complex ideas to a single overview • Ability to build strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions • Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems • All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen • Preferred: At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience
