📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners • Manage high-impact projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) through full implementation • Ensure scalable and high-performance solutions for enterprise clients • Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices • Tackle advanced technical challenges with innovative approaches • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to customers and partners • Develop precise technical documentation • Ensure resolution of complex technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges • Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations • Experience with HTML and CSS • Experience with server-side applications and data manipulation
