📋 Description

• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up • Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products • Convert prospective customers into new policyholders through needs-based sales conversations • Build and actively manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities • Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify cross-selling opportunities • Handle objections, communicate value, and ask for the sale • Pursue Life insurance sales and multiline opportunities • Generate referrals and expand the agency's customer base • Track daily sales activity, applications, and production results • Meet or exceed established monthly production goals • Provide professional customer follow-up while maintaining a strong sales focus

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of State Farm agency experience • Active Property & Casualty license • Active Life & Health licenses • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding insurance sales goals • Ability to provide documented proof of previous sales production • Positive professional reference from a former State Farm agent • Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes • Demonstrated ability to prospect, cross-sell, overcome objections, and close business • Ability to work independently and maintain strong production in a remote environment • Fully licensed State Farm professional • This is not an entry-level position
