📋 Description

• Prepare and assist in the application and delivery of Federal Student Aid and military funds for new and current learners • Review learner documents for accuracy, compliance, completeness, and eligibility • Analyze learner eligibility for Title IV, military, and other funding programs • Provide financial aid estimates and packaging while clearly communicating program obligations and financial responsibilities • Assist learners, families, and relevant parties with funding options and answer funding questions • Review documents and clear verification, C-codes, Unusual Enrollment History, conflicting data, and ISIR rejections • Make determinations on special circumstances and escalate files for professional judgment decisions • Update the Master Cohort List daily with incoming enrollment activities • Maintain learner records in the Student Information System • Complete verification and make necessary ISIR corrections • Work with COD and NSLDS systems • Collaborate with other functions to provide high-quality learner service • Participate in Learner Funding meetings, coaching, trainings, and team meetings • Attend meetings and conferences to enhance financial aid policy knowledge • Maintain customer service and handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly • Participate in functional projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required • Minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in an institution of higher learning or student funding • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Student Aid and/or military funding • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
