📋 Description

• Own the standardized procurement intake process and ensure requests include required details • Validate and route requests before commitments are made; return incomplete submissions and escalate exceptions • Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in the procurement/ERP system • Track purchase orders through fulfillment, including backorders, delivery timing, changes, and cancellations • Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, PO/invoice discrepancies, and issue resolution • Escalate procurement risks or delays to Procurement leadership • Maintain purchasing documentation and records for audit readiness and reporting • Participate in functional projects, process improvements, and professional development activities • Perform other duties supporting the College and Procurement Function

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience • Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management • Demonstrated proficiency in distribution coordination • Demonstrated proficiency in professional, written communication • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen • Experience with Sage or similar ERP/procurement platform preferred
