📋 Description

• Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success • Design practical, scalable solution architectures grounded in business needs • Build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows • Own solutions from the first conversation through production deployment • Reduce the time between identifying a problem and shipping working software • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions • Architect I: work on clearly scoped problems under close guidance and participate in user conversations with senior-team support • Architect II: independently gather requirements, manage the full delivery cycle with limited oversight, identify gaps, propose improvements, contribute to team standards, and share learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role • Architect I: 0–2 years in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role • Architect II: 2–4 years in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role • Demonstrated ability to build working solutions using AI-native tools, required in place of a formal degree • Architect I: demonstrated ability to build working solutions with AI-native tools • Architect II: proven track record of delivering AI-built solutions end-to-end • Ability to gather requirements by asking questions and listening to users • Systems-thinking mindset • Iterative approach to shipping early, gathering feedback, and improving quickly • Strong communication skills bridging business needs and technical reality • Relevant cloud, data, or AI platform certifications are a plus, not required • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
