📋 Description

• Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success • Design practical, scalable solution architectures grounded in business needs • Build and iterate solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows • Own solutions from initial conversation through production deployment • Reduce the time between identifying a problem and shipping working software • Improve existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions • Mentor other Solution Architects and raise the broader team’s capability

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role • Demonstrated ability to build and lead delivery of complex, AI-built solutions • Comfort operating with high independence and scoping ambiguity into solvable problems • Systems-thinking mindset spanning multiple stakeholders and functional areas • Track record of mentoring or developing other builders • Strong communication skills bridging business needs, technical reality, and organizational strategy • Relevant cloud, data, or AI platform certifications are a plus, though not required • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen • Must attend New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah
