📋 Description

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners, Channel, MSPs, and customers • Deliver product demonstrations, architecture design, and key customer engagements to drive deal success • Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing industry events, conferences, and customer forums • Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFPs and RFIs • Partner with Training and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and long-term adoption • Surface customer feedback, identify feature gaps, and influence product roadmap direction • Build and maintain reusable technical assets, including lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business goals • Help shape the Enterprise Solutions Engineer function through playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment • Travel approximately 50% for strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the USA and residing in California, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington • Approximately 50% travel availability • Proficiency in Windows environments, including registry, services, and performance troubleshooting • Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protections • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management • Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript strongly preferred • Comfortable navigating complex IT ecosystems and integrating with existing infrastructure • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems required • 5+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers • Deep domain knowledge in enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms • Technical background such as TAM, support, or systems engineering • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with ability to tailor messaging to admins, architects, and senior business stakeholders • Understanding of how IT teams evaluate, implement, and scale solutions • High emotional intelligence, technical credibility, and customer-first mindset • Ability to operate well in ambiguity and scale people, processes, and tools • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are a plus • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
