📋 Description

• Proactively identify, cold outreach, and develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, drug manufacturers, and distributors operating in the private practice space. • Build experiments to deliver on partnership metrics including lead generation volume, integration milestones, and ROI. • Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine the pharmaceutical channel strategy and partnership alignment. • Developing the customer communication strategy for pharmaceutical-integrated products. • Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging for the pharma vertical.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner networks. • BA degree or equivalent practice experience. • Direct experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, market access, or life sciences go-to-market positions. • Background in B2B marketing or sales, with deep experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup. • Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders in the pharma space, demonstrating poise and professionalism. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
