📋 Description

• Keep assigned application systems and associated software fully operational and integrated into the IT environment • Monitor, analyze, and plan system upgrades to maintain functionality and stability • Provide guidance and support for computing platforms and systems integration • Integrate end-user requests with software functionality • Analyze system performance and capacity and recommend improvements • Coordinate problem determination and resolution with vendors and manufacturers • Respond to customer needs and follow issues through closure • Support technical teams and customers with project and support activities • Participate in project planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software • Analyze business requirements, recommend system changes, write technical specifications, and implement systems • Provide support for NMHC best-practice standards • Mentor Associate Analysts and other application team members • Contribute to the IS Knowledge Repository • Participate in on-call support to ensure system availability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years technical experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in the core discipline in the healthcare industry preferred • Ability to participate in on-call support • Compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation standards • Successful completion of a criminal-history background check if offered the position
