📋 Description

• Work with engineering teams to identify how to test proposed changes • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test pipelines, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Create and maintain test plans and test cases for compute services, covering relevant scenarios and edge cases • Write and maintain scripts to automate deployments, migrations, and rollbacks • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and provide solution recommendations • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff, promote best practices, and ensure quality standards • Develop automation for testing cloud microservices

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Understanding of modern testing methodologies • Deep expertise in Python, Pytest, and best practices for testing microservices • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Github Actions, and SaltStack • Good Linux fundamentals, especially around performance tuning • Bash and scripting fundamentals • Experience with containerization, such as Docker • Good network fundamentals: HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.
