📋 Description

• Oversee operations in global data centers • Monitor and maintain data centers, networks, and servers worldwide • Interact directly with data center Network Operations Centers via phone, email, and web portals • Deploy and repair servers, storage systems, routers, switches, and other hardware • Install hardware, cabling, firmware, and software both on-site and remotely • Manage hardware decommission projects, including hardware disposal and data destruction • Ship and receive networking equipment to maintain network availability and reliability • Perform project work for data center migrations and hardware platform upgrades • Coordinate data center deployments from hardware requests to rack design

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience in a NOC environment with hands-on hardware experience • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking equipment • Solid troubleshooting skills in a large-scale data center environment • Understanding of Linux system administration, server administration, and internals • Professional problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
