📋 Description

• Design and build the global quality control plane and foundational test automation strategy from the ground up • Establish automated quality gates across high-scale cloud services, complex data pipelines, and AI agent workloads • Develop test strategies for multi-writer databases, background sync schedulers, asynchronous payment loops, and financial workflows • Develop evaluation methods for multi-agent LLM architectures, isolated MicroVM execution substrates, and MCP tool integrations • Integrate end-to-end, integration, API, and regression test suites into CI/CD pipelines • Audit manual workflows, zero-coverage endpoints, and high-risk silent failure points • Build Playwright/TypeScript and PyTest/Python automation harnesses with HIPAA-compliant test data handling • Deliver automated smoke tests for Member, Client, and Channel web portals • Embed smoke and sanity regression suites into Bitbucket Pipelines • Build synthetic probes and automated checks for backend REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous state transitions • Automate transaction-flow verification across MongoDB collections and external counterpartaries • Achieve comprehensive regression coverage across web applications, backend services, and batch jobs • Implement AI-agent quality gates validating tool-call accuracy, MicroVM runtime integrity, and PHI/PII audit-log redaction • Deploy contract checks for external web interfaces and APIs • Establish testing for financial payout state machines, schedulers, and recovery/resubmission logic • Serve as technical quality lead, maintain test-data isolation, and train engineering leads on integration testing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of designing, scaling, and owning test automation frameworks from scratch • Architectural mindset favoring clean, maintainable architecture over brittle record-and-playback solutions • Understanding of failure modes in distributed environments, including state propagation across microservices, event queues, and third-party APIs • Strong hands-on engineering capabilities in TypeScript or Python • Deep experience with Playwright and PyTest • Experience with containerized workflows • Experience validating complex data flows across MongoDB, relational databases, and multi-account AWS environments • Experience with AWS Lambda, Fargate, and EventBridge • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship
