📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules using configuration-first principles • Configure and enhance ServiceNow workflows, UI, client scripts, business rules, catalogs, integrations, and orchestration • Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions aligned with business objectives and ServiceNow platform strategy • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, functionality, and security issues • Document design, development, testing, deployment, configuration management, and version-control work • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Support code reviews, quality assurance, and delivery standards • Provide high-level estimates and help break technical work into features, epics, stories, and technical spikes • Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases and bring relevant capabilities into new and existing solutions • Partner with Solutions Architects, Business Process Consultants, and customer stakeholders • Support hands-on ServiceNow delivery across federal, healthcare, and regulated-enterprise engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience • ServiceNow CSA certification • Demonstrated ability to lead consulting work across at least two ServiceNow products or modules • Strong collaboration skills across product, partner, customer, and consulting teams • Comfort integrating AI-enabled tools, automation, and AI-driven insights into the work • Willingness to travel when an engagement requires it • Nice to have: 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development with broad module exposure, including Employee Center, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM • Nice to have: ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications • Nice to have: Advanced ServiceNow scripting experience, including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON • Nice to have: Experience leading discovery workshops and customer-facing product demos • Nice to have: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles • Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Remote, United States • Clearance varies by engagement • U.S. citizenship is asked about in the application form
