📋 Description

• Build and lead Spring Health’s Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence • Consolidate multiple teams into a unified operating model with clear intake, prioritization, technical standards, and ownership • Manage, coach, and grow Salesforce engineers, administrators, and analysts • Set expectations and career paths, align team members to strengths, and hire for capability gaps • Own Salesforce platform architecture and technical governance, including data integrity, development standards, security, release management, CI/CD, environment strategy, and technical debt reduction • Lead architecture and design reviews and evaluate technical tradeoffs • Partner with Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security to align the CRM roadmap with business priorities • Translate strategy into a sequenced delivery plan and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior and executive stakeholders • Establish SLAs, production support models, monitoring, incident response, documentation standards, release processes, and scalability planning • Create a culture of platform ownership and continuous improvement • Improve roadmap delivery, reduce Salesforce incidents, change failures, rollbacks, technical debt, unmanaged customizations, and duplicative automation • Improve retention, engagement, internal promotions, certifications, partner satisfaction, and CRM platform ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including direct people management of Salesforce engineers, developers, administrators, or similarly technical CRM professionals • 7+ years of Salesforce experience • Deep technical grounding across data modeling and architecture, Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, integration patterns, and Salesforce security and sharing models • Demonstrated experience owning architecture and technical governance for a complex, highly customized Salesforce environment with multiple integrations • Experience consolidating fragmented teams, backlogs, development practices, or processes into a unified operating model or Center of Excellence • Experience with version control, environment and sandbox strategy, CI/CD, modern release management, DevOps practices, and deployment tooling • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience partnering with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and other business functions • Experience owning intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for a shared technology platform • Experience managing technical delivery and team workflows in Jira or a comparable work-management platform • Advanced Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II (nice to have) • Experience with RevOps and GTM systems such as CPQ, forecasting, territory management, or lead-to-cash (nice to have) • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Gong, Clay, Slack automation, or comparable tooling (nice to have) • Experience delivering AI- or LLM-enabled CRM capabilities (nice to have) • Experience managing vendor relationships, managed packages, licensing, and offshore or contract resources (nice to have) • Experience operating in a HIPAA-regulated environment and handling PHI (nice to have) • Prior healthcare, digital health, or regulated-industry experience (nice to have)
