📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to update and maintain technical API specifications • Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and developer-friendly • Write technical documentation for existing and new payment APIs • Develop blog tutorials showcasing sample applications using the APIs • Create educational resources, guides, and walkthroughs • Produce video tutorials demonstrating API usage • Showcase sample code and applications in video formats such as YouTube • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and workshops through technical presentations • Advocate for developer clients with internal product and engineering teams • Relay developer community feedback to shape product roadmaps • Gather and prioritize technical requirements and define the developer vision • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development & API integration experience • 8+ years experience as an engineer or developer evangelist • Track record of public speaking and/or publishing technical documentation (blogs, tutorials, videos, etc.) • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Passion for fostering developer success and building communities • Previous experience in payments, fintech or related industry is a big plus • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python, C, C++, SWIFT, and PHP • Experience with databases, SQL, and NoSQL • Experience working in an Agile environment • Must be able to work in the US; no sponsorship is available
