📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple technology-driven and strategic initiatives. • Manage software launches, technical migrations, strategic business shifts, and internal process improvements. • Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations departments. • Identify and implement improved internal workflows and processes. • Translate leadership’s business goals into actionable project plans with milestones and deadlines. • Identify red flags and bottlenecks and facilitate decisions to keep projects moving. • Ensure projects remain focused on measurable business value. • Balance scope, build accurate schedules, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment • Experience managing technical and non-technical projects • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks • Experience in fintech or the payments industry is highly preferred • PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred but not required • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace • Proven ability to stay productive and keep teams motivated in a remote or hybrid environment • Up to 10% travel required
