📋 Description

• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges • Gather, review, and analyze business requirements, processes, and data • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Document business requirements, workflows, processes, and recommendations • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business decisions • Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations • Help develop and implement practical solutions with different teams • Support process improvements and evaluate proposed changes • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and other materials communicating findings • Track projects, requirements, action items, and follow-ups • Investigate issues and identify root causes • Ensure solutions and process changes meet business requirements • Maintain organized documentation and records • Communicate with technical and non-technical team members • Handle company and confidential information responsibly • Assist with analytical, project, and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, analytics, or a related field is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with reporting, data analysis, process documentation, or business intelligence tools is a plus • Ability to understand complex information and explain it clearly • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organization and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Ability to collaborate through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
