📋 Description

• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional/technical specifications • Drive increased use of core system functionality to reduce customization needs • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications • Establish intra- and interdepartmental relationships to prioritize needs and communicate project status and timing expectations • Create internal documentation and training for setup and ongoing support • Document requirements, create use cases, and develop process models • Maintain knowledge and understanding of all system functions and release features • Analyze and quote custom report requests for the Sales Engineer • Guide Account Managers to solutions for Custom Report, Standard Report, or Report Writer inquiries through the BA Phone Queue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least two years’ experience in Payroll and HR Industry (or equivalent experience for Partner Integration) • Experience in a front-line customer facing role • Experience writing business specifications preferred • Ability to analyze and quote custom report requests for the Sales Engineer • Ability to be available in the BA Phone Queue to guide Account Managers on Custom Report, Standard Report, or Report Writer inquiries • Training experience is a plus • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours
