📋 Description

• Monitor daily file transfer and integration error reports across VNDLY, Workday, and ServiceNow • Identify root causes of integration issues and drive timely resolution with internal partners and external vendors • Document recurring error patterns and recommend process or configuration improvements • Maintain knowledge of integrations and data flows between VNDLY, Workday, ServiceNow, and extended workforce processes • Serve as a subject matter resource on VNDLY integrations • Map and document downstream system dependencies for contingent labor and contract services transactions • Triage downstream issues, coordinate fixes, and communicate impacts and resolution timelines • Create, run, and analyze ad-hoc VNDLY reports for operational oversight and decision-making • Translate data findings into insights, summaries, and recommendations • Support audit and compliance-related reporting • Assist with VNDLY contract services vendor management, candidate onboarding workflows, work orders, and documentation • Maintain consistent contingent-worker processes with internal stakeholders and Magnit • Ensure data consistency between VNDLY contract labor and contract services modules • Educate customers and stakeholders on CL versus CS processes and module usage • Develop job aids, FAQs, overviews, procedures, and knowledge articles • Coordinate occasional worker transfers between CL and CS with Magnit • Validate assignment, billing, and worker-record data during transfers • Log, prioritize, document, and resolve issue tickets with Magnit and internal technical teams • Test fixes and enhancements in lower environments before production deployment • Communicate issue, risk, and change status to Talent Acquisition leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree and 4 years of related experience, or high school diploma/equivalent and 6 years of related experience • Experience working in HR, Talent Acquisition, or an HR service center/shared services environment • Hands-on experience with VNDLY, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS/vendor management systems • Strong analytical skills using reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present data • Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution • Experience managing tickets/cases and following standardized procedures in a service center or operations setting • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical/system issues and CL versus CS concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Direct VNDLY experience preferred • Experience partnering with consulting groups or vendors such as Magnit preferred • Prior HR service center/shared services experience preferred • Familiarity with HR-system integrations and data flows preferred • Experience in PMO, HRIS, or operations supporting complex cross-functional processes preferred • Experience documenting processes, creating job aids, and supporting workflow change management preferred • Travel up to 10% of the time • U.S. citizenship required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
