📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional analytics and operational initiatives from planning through implementation • Keep teams aligned on scope, milestones, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes • Partner with business leaders, analytics teams, technology partners, and operational stakeholders to understand needs and define success measures • Translate complex requirements into project plans, dashboards, reports, and business recommendations • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights • Prepare presentations, updates, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences • Track key performance indicators, project outcomes, action items, dependencies, and risks • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, strengthen governance, automate manual work, and create documentation • Support change management for new processes, reporting tools, operating rhythms, and performance expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, project management, program coordination, operational improvement, or a related business support role • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience interpreting data, identifying patterns, and turning findings into practical recommendations • Experience creating presentations, status updates, business requirements, reports, or dashboards for varied audiences • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using reporting, analytics, or project tracking tools • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trust, influence without direct authority, and partner effectively across teams • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, healthcare administration, finance, information systems, or a related field (preferred) • Healthcare, provider contracting, network management, claims analytics, or healthcare operations experience (preferred) • Experience with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, or similar analytics and delivery tools (preferred) • Experience supporting analytics product development, reporting transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives (preferred) • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
