📋 Description

• Manage all areas of commercial real estate project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Monitor individual, multi-disciplined construction projects and larger programs with repeatable scopes across multiple locations • Maintain direct accountability for project delivery under the oversight of a Senior Project Manager • Manage project budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk • Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Financial forecasting and reporting experience beneficial • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Smartsheet experience beneficial • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
