📋 Description

• Own the functional roadmap for enterprise security integrations aligned to business, mission, and compliance priorities • Serve as point of contact for sector and enterprise security stakeholders regarding Enterprise Security capabilities, issues, and enhancements • Coordinate with Industrial Security and Cybersecurity to ensure ESSS processes and configurations support regulatory and customer requirements • Maintain and groom the backlog of enhancements, integrations, and defect remediation with the development team • Monitor data integrity and compliance; identify and drive corrective actions for discrepancies and systemic issues • Manage intake for system enhancements, including review, scoping, and prioritization • Plan and prioritize team work, including ticket triage, configuration changes, and improvement initiatives • Support testing, validation, and implementation of ESIS/SIMS upgrades, patches, and new functionality • Provide metrics and reporting on ESIS usage, performance, backlog, and issue trends to leadership • Partner with IT, HR, and Security Shared Services to resolve complex issues and implement cross-functional changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant experience for Level 2 • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience for Level 3 • Current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance required at minimum • Experience supporting or using enterprise security information systems such as ESIS, SIMS, JPAS/DISS, NBIS, or equivalent • Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams • Strong understanding of industrial security fundamentals and related regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM and DCSA requirements • Ability to interpret requirements, translate them into system/process changes, and drive implementation • Excellent communication skills with security professionals, IT, and business leadership • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: current Top Secret / TS/SCI clearance • Preferred: direct ESIS and SIMS experience as administrator, power user, or support lead • Preferred: experience leading a small technical or operational team in security or IT • Preferred: experience developing and delivering training for security systems or tools • Preferred: familiarity with Northrop Grumman enterprise security organizations, processes, and toolsets • Preferred: experience with data quality initiatives, metrics development, and dashboard/report creation • Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: ability to interpret common programming and query languages conceptually • Preferred: ability to read code snippets or scripts • Preferred: ability to engage with software developers, database administrators, and technical staff • Preferred: ability to translate technical explanations for non-technical stakeholders and management • No hands-on programming required; ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams desired
