📋 Description

• Lead Northrop Grumman’s technical security Innovation hub at the Enterprise Security Center • Serve as the primary conduit between Industrial Security and developers and technical teams • Drive design, integration, and continuous improvement of technical security capabilities across the enterprise • Identify and assess emerging technologies • Lead complex integration efforts • Lead the functional security team responsible for user support, configuration, and data quality • Translate Industrial Security requirements into technical specifications for developers • Oversee processing, exchange, and tracking of security data across integrated systems • Partner with Industrial Security, Cybersecurity, and IT on workflows and configurations • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, configuration standards, and user guidance • Monitor data integrity and compliance; identify trends and systemic issues and drive corrective actions • Plan, prioritize, and assign team work, including ticket triage, configuration changes, integration enhancements, and innovation initiatives • Lead testing, validation, and implementation of upgrades, patches, and integrations • Provide metrics and reporting on usage, performance, backlog, and issue trends • Support dashboard and report development • Deliver training and onboarding for users and technical stakeholders • Partner with IT, HR, Security Shared Services, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Industrial Security, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field OR Master's degree and 3 years of related experience in Industrial Security, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance required at minimum • U.S. citizenship required • Experience supporting, integrating, or using enterprise security information systems or tools, such as DISS/NBIS or SIMS • Experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams • Strong understanding of industrial security fundamentals and related regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM and DCSA requirements • Ability to interpret security and business requirements, translate them into system and process changes, and drive implementation • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with security professionals, developers, IT, and business leadership • Preferred: Current Top Secret and/or TS/SCI clearance • Preferred: Experience as administrator, power user, or support lead for enterprise security tools or integrations • Preferred: Experience leading a small technical or operational team • Preferred: Experience developing and delivering training and user guidance • Preferred: Familiarity with Northrop Grumman enterprise security organizations, processes, and toolsets • Preferred: Experience with data quality initiatives, metrics development, and dashboard/report creation • Preferred: Ability to interpret common programming, scripting, and query languages conceptually • Preferred: Comfort reading code snippets, configuration scripts, or queries • Preferred: Ability to engage with software developers, database administrators, and technical staff • Preferred: Ability to translate technical explanations into actionable information for non-technical stakeholders and management
