• Develop supply chain strategy and lead activities for GSC in all phases of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process, working with Business Development and other cross-functional team members. • Drive Global Supply Chain actions earlier into the Business Acquisition Process. • Manage the GSC activities for acquisition opportunities; coordinate interdepartmental activity, facilitate internal/external team communication, coordinate with Suppliers, and integrate efforts across all GSC functions. • Participate in make/buy process, long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up. • Analyze and aggregate supply / demand requirements. • Lead supply chain proposal activities and is accountable for horizontal and vertical integration, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity and issue management, supplier performance, and issue resolution. • Participate in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling of new product line phase-ins. • Create/release Request for Quotes to supply base based on program requirements. • Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Contracts, Category Management, Cost & Pricing and Material Estimating to integrate costs into the Bill of Materials (BOM). • Drive resolution of any supplier and customer issues/questions regarding BOM costs. • Demonstrate problem solving skills in supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, engineering, or program management. • Regularly brief the Business Management, GSC Program Management team and program leadership on GSC activity status and issues affecting proposal award. • Involved in special projects and continuous improvement activities • Mentor other team members on procedural best practices with an eye for maximum proposal efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. • Experience in project management • Direct experience working in Supply Chain • Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Experience with Microsoft Office, AI, and metrics management • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management processes • Experience in supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, or program management • US Citizenship • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
