📋 Description

• Directly manage and develop onsite recruiting team members • Act as the primary talent partner to Warehouse General Managers • Oversee high-volume hourly warehouse hiring and professional recruiting • Build and execute strategies for seasonal ramp-ups • Personally lead select mid-to-senior level warehouse management searches • Establish Quince as an employer of choice through community sourcing • Continually improve hiring processes ensuring a fast candidate experience • Track and evaluate funnel health, cost-per-hire, cycle times, and recruiter productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth environments • 5+ years of direct people management experience • Deep experience in high-volume hourly recruiting and specialized professional hiring • Data-driven operator • Outstanding communication and influence skills • Strong understanding of localized hourly labor market dynamics • Ability to travel occasionally between New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment facilities
