📋 Description

• Sourcing and procuring various commodities throughout multiple programs • Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations • Ensures compliance with all public law requirements (FAR and DFARS) • Reviews documentation of peers to ensure compliance • Work independently • Problem solve and find creative solutions • Review, reconcile and approve supplier invoices • Interfacing and collaborating with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain • Plan Schedule and arrange execute activities to accomplish objectives • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Purchasing/Procurement, Operations OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience; • Strong experience in government contracting and compliance to internal policies and procedures as well as FAR/DFARS • Proficiency in MS Office suite • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, data analysis and V-look ups
