📋 Description

• Join the Virtual Primary Care Float team supporting Primary Care clinics in Oregon and southwest Washington • Provide high-quality, comprehensive care through telephonic and video visits • Manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older • Support regional Kaiser Permanente members • Collaborate with an integrated team of physicians and clinical and administrative staff

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care post-resident training • Experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area
