📋 Description

• Create streamlined Airtable and Zapier automation solutions for program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs • Audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to prevent operational downtime • Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities • Build and maintain documentation for workflows, databases, and automation logic • Provide training and technical support to internal team members • Monitor emerging automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to improve operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier • Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization • Strong technical problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for translating operational needs into technical workflows • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment • Resume highlighting relevant technical and automation experience • Cover letter detailing Airtable and Zapier project ownership, business problems addressed, project scale, automation complexity, integration variety, quantitative impact, and motivation to work with NORY
