📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls • Perform general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner • Maintain a high level of professionalism • Respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours • Service car washes located throughout New England • Maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Experience in construction trades or facility management position • Familiarity with hydraulics/plumbing, pneumatics and beginner electrical • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Available 7 days a week for a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks • Must supply own hand tools • Ability to independently carry out assigned duties and responsibilities • Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
