📋 Description

• Service retail locations as a Facilities Maintenance Technician • Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the Nouria Maintenance Manager • Perform general repair and maintenance safely and efficiently • Perform minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing work • Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting • Respond flexibly to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours • Maintain a high level of professionalism • Use a company work truck for service activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • 3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications • Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record is a must • Trade Certification is a plus
