📋 Description
• Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and messaging platforms • Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming trip details • Provide clear information regarding travel destinations and procedures • Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness • Address client concerns and escalate more complex matters when necessary
