📋 Description

• Respond to clients via telephone and electronic inquiry tools for multiple lines of business • Use problem-solving skills to assist participants with their requests • Apply industry, systems, processes, and available-resource knowledge to provide complete and accurate solutions • Represent Sentinel to participants and demonstrate superior quality service • Serve as a liaison between participants and internal departments by building relationships

• Customer-centric attitude and commitment to doing what is right for participants • Positive and fun perspective in daily interactions • Team player and continuous learner • Ability to provide and accept feedback and apply it to improve work processes • Openness to new learning opportunities and desire to grow within the company • Quick learner able to multitask and work in multiple applications • Participant-facing customer service experience preferred • Sincere interest in working within and learning about the financial services industry • Passion for customer service • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others toward common goals • Experience in benefits administration, human resources, investment services, and/or related fields preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST • Candidates must be located in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington
