📋 Description

• Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) projects within the Change Management Office • Process MES O&M requests and deliverables • Process, log, track, and route FAS DDI deliverables, design documents, and new requests to SMEs and project managers • Process approvals and rejections from the FAS vendor and deliverables from MES vendors impacted by FAS DDI • Manage quality of transfer, storage, and processing of deliverables using version control • Maintain databases, tracking logs, project deliverable files, project folders, and documentation • Generate and/or post recurring and ad-hoc status reports • Provide responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff • Collaborate with Information Management, PMO teams, DMAS SMEs, project teams, management, and vendors • Align change management workstreams and related activities with the PMO • Coordinate with program/project management to support smooth transitions and release awareness before deployment • Complete change management requirements and tasks • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders • Serve as the central IT point of contact with the Change Management team • Act as program librarian, ensuring documentation is filed and versioned correctly • Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination • Participate in all stages of the project Systems Development Life Cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control — 5 years required • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle — 5 years required • Experience with data entry and work order processing — 5 years required • Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow — 5 years required • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers — 5 years required • Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment — 5 years highly desired • Experience in healthcare is a plus • Professional with strong analytical and people management skills • Common IT terminology knowledge, including design documents, test plans, and work plans
