📋 Description

• Drive execution of the HR technology roadmap, translating business priorities into Workday system enhancements • Advise leadership on sequencing, trade-offs, and long-term platform strategy • Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR Technology Director on Workday capabilities and solutions • Establish and govern testing cadence including CRP, UAT, sign-off, and evidence capture • Direct documentation, maintenance, and configuration of Workday Business Processes • Oversee testing and end-user enablement • Design and implement intake processes for break/fix requests and new functionality requirements • Evaluate Workday release updates and their impact on business processes, security, and reporting • Lead collaboration with IT partners on Workday integrations, process improvement, and SSO initiatives • Direct requirements gathering and implementation of third-party integrations • Mentor and train team members on Workday configuration, functionality, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, BIS, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a Workday HCM environment • Experience with hierarchy, security, and business process administration • Ability to apply new technologies to solve challenges • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities in an HRM and business process environment • Data and process analysis acumen with accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to identify problems/issues and offer workable solutions • Strong oral, written, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to question or challenge assumptions constructively • Comfortable training others to use technology • Project management ability to manage or participate in multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail • Experience in an IT environment preferred • Adherence to IT requirements-gathering and testing protocols preferred • Previous Workday consulting experience preferred • Workday Professional certifications are a plus • Mobility to work in a standard office setting • Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and printer • Ability to read computer screens and printed materials
