📋 Description
• Join the firm's Los Angeles office as a Litigation Associate Attorney • Handle business and/or commercial litigation matters • Conduct and participate in depositions • Generate and develop a book of business • Assume significant responsibility immediately • Apply leadership, initiative, analytical skills, and advocacy skills to litigation work
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant litigation experience • Substantive experience in business and/or commercial litigation • Demonstrated ability and desire to generate a book of business • Experience in Labor & Employment defense litigation required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and advocacy skills • Deposition experience • Demonstrated leadership and initiative • Ability to assume significant responsibility immediately • Must be admitted in California
