📋 Description

• Teach professional development sessions preparing transitioning service members for civilian careers, including resumes, interviewing, communication, and networking • Coach students on LinkedIn and professional networking platforms • Help students translate military experience into civilian professional profiles • Build and maintain career-readiness curriculum • Develop and maintain networks of mentors, guest speakers, and partner resources • Create digital content showcasing program impact and student/alumni success • Support the Career Placement Manager by polishing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other career-readiness deliverables • Report to the SkillBridge Operations Director

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, professional development, or adult education • Experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected populations in an instructional or mentoring role • Ability to facilitate engaging sessions and adapt content to diverse adult learners • Ability to teach LinkedIn and professional networking • Ability to create clear, engaging presentations and digital content • Organized and clear communicator • Must reside in the San Diego area and work on Pacific Time • Must be able to obtain and maintain access credentials and installation clearance for regular access to a U.S. military installation • Must meet all applicable military installation eligibility requirements and security/access procedures
