📋 Description

• Drive pre-need sales in the local Spokane market • Build community relationships to educate families about pre-planning decisions • Set appointments and deliver pre-planning presentations • Complete contracts accurately and efficiently using Navigator proprietary software • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics • Track contacts and conduct timely, professional follow-ups using Velocify • Generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events • Provide exceptional customer service • Stay informed about veterans’ benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct sales experience • 2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience • 2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficient in consultative selling techniques and building trust • Capable of presenting effectively to groups • Strong relationship-building skills within the community • Basic mathematical skills • Experience handling challenging situations with confidence and compassion • Reliable transportation • Valid state driver’s license • Satisfactory driving record
