📋 Description

• Refresh, resign, and renew customer contract agreements • Renew customers in the final year before evergreen status • Renew evergreen customers and customers without current agreements • Renew acquired customer agreements • Modify agreements based on usage changes • Clean up customer data to support fulfillment activities • Manage account linkage for new owners and chain store transfers • Renew agreements with new owners • Correct linkage between company and franchisee store status • Update chain store data to support fulfillment activities, including billing • Communicate key information to Operations, Sales representatives, billing, collections, and other internal clients • Work with disgruntled customers to resolve problems and retain business • Follow up with internal functional heads on customer actions and problem repairs • Proactively troubleshoot potential problems before business is lost or threatened • Add equipment to customer agreements, emphasizing life-safety equipment • Upsell and bundle equipment options where applicable • Follow selling rules for equipment additions and contract renewals • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services during customer interactions • Manage caseloads and maintain case notes and emails • Use Formstack to send and manage contracts requiring customer signatures • Create contract packages according to contract administrator rules • Monitor customer interactions by email and phone • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience required • 3 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience • Inside sales experience preferred • High School Diploma required • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred • Customer Service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus • Safety-first mindset • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business letters, instructions, and communications • Ability to read and understand regulatory codes • Effective negotiation skills • Precise verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present information by telephone and face to face • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong follow-up and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work remotely • Must be authorized to work in the United States
