📋 Description

• Design and develop compelling design for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential channels • Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop strong design systems and shape brand communication across platforms • Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging design • Own art and design deliverables from initial concept through final execution • Manage feedback and revisions efficiently • Adapt brand and product assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency • Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions • Bring ideas, references, and solutions to creative sessions • Meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and communicate proactively when priorities shift

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in design required • CPG design experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
