📋 Description

• Serve as the first customer contact by phone, email, chat, and other channels • Handle tricky questions and escalations, turning difficult situations into resolutions • Help customers navigate the Nutrafol website and products • Become a Nutrafol product expert • Develop creative, customer-specific solutions beyond scripted responses • Prioritize growing tasks and queues, manage assigned ad-hoc projects, and improve CX team operations • Report to the Manager, Customer Experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience directly supporting customers via phone, email or chat, handling routine questions and resolving complaints, preferably at an e-commerce company or fast-moving startup • Proficient using ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity about health and wellness science and ability to speak knowledgeably about products • Bonus points if bilingual in English/Spanish
