📋 Description

• Answer customer calls and provide appropriate assistance • Assist RDCs with customer service questions and returns • Assist the Customer Service Manager with special projects • Input orders and drop shipments through the system • Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfillment • Input required license information for customers seeking restricted items • Complete sales return orders within 48 hours • Report product shortages to the proper warehouses • Provide customers with order confirmations and tracking details • Provide backorder delivery status and order status • Provide purchase status for material requirements when applicable for backorders • Provide accounts receivable status and copies of invoices • Engage in continued education regarding product offerings • Complete required safety training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience • High School Diploma • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization • Excellent listening and communication skills • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite • Ability to multitask and remain calm while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Ability to self-manage daily tasks and workload • High level of personal organizational skills • Distribution/Warehousing Experience preferred • Must complete all required safety training • Must be able to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner • Must safely operate a vehicle on public streets if driving a company vehicle is required • This company is a Drug Free workplace
