📋 Description

• Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change • Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in Jira, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues • Quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner • Test ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as across different browsers • Report to the SVP, QA and Technology

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written) • Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools • Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers • Passionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it • Understanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping • Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve overall testing efficiency
